bumping as I am curious as well. I use my Polar FT4 and I think the highest was 800 ever on the entire time I have been on MFP (mind you I am also now coming back from a hiatus). Most of the time I can only burn 300 or 400 in an hour. :ohwell:

Aiming for 20 miles this month. Between injury and illness, I didn't have a great Feb. I do have training starting for a running organization this month, so I will have to start running more, thus the upping of mileage.

Will hopefully be doing mileage tomorrow but so far this week: 2/21: 2.18 miles I have had a rough week, as my husband has been in and out of the hospital and in and out of doctors offices due to his heart condition as well as Vertigo. And then worrying about his job hasn't been helping matters either.
