  • Herroooooo, I am starting my journey to lose 100lbs (or more) now! I'm down 4lbs so far, and starting P90X tomorrow. Day 90 will be my 26th birthday, and I'm hoping thats motivation enough to get through the WHOLE 90 days of P90X this time (I have tried and quit many a time).
  • Thanks guys! I do use protein powders in smoothies sometimes, never thought to put it in my oatmeal! And as far as quinoa, veggie crumbles, etc. I have tried these things in the past but I will try to make them a more frequent staple in my kitchen. Great help, much love! ❤
