  • I had the same problem until I realized I wasn't eating enough. You have to eat the right things and amounts to keep you metabolism burning all day. Skipping meals or snacks will put you body in starvation mode so it retains calories . The next thing I did was work with a personal trainer to understand heart rate zones.…
