  • I also just started working out again. I'm doing an hour of cardio. So I know from that, I may not see the numbers on the scale drop due to building muscle....
  • Weights it is! How often should I be doing weights? Every other day, couple times a week...

  • I am taking the brand 1234 and its 2 capsules a day......love it!! I am not really watching what I am eating and I AM losing. If I actually logged in daily and tracked food, I bet I would have better results. Try it for yourself....everyone is different :)

  • I actually tossed out my scale. I was doing the same thing and would get so down on myself if the number went up! I know that you can flucuate a few lbs daily, but i would still get upset! Thats not worth it...so now I weigh in when I visit my parents every two weeks on their scale. My mom sees the dr. regularly and her…
  • I just bought OEP and I am on day 4. Day four you add a second pill in the afternoon. The bottle says to cut out caffeine and drink (women) 91oz of water a day. The guy at GNC the water is the main component to making this work. He lost 20lbs in one month (so he claims...LOL). So Im giving in a shot! I feel energized, but…

  • I was a diet dr pepper freak! I would have about 6 cans a day!!! Horrible I know. I would actually crave it badly. I decided to switch do the decaf version and cut my amount to 3 cans. After a short time, i found a flavored carbonated water... that did the trick for me. So I took baby steps and have not looked back! Best…
  • Im in too! I found 30 day shred level one ON DEMAND exercise. So I have no excuse to not do it!! I do have a broken foot so the jumping jacks will NOT be full out or the butt kicks in place, but the rest I have no excuses. I dont own weights yet....what would be equvialent to 3 lbs that I would have around the house??
  • So the 30day shred is a daily workout for only 20 minutes and hits cardio and resistance??? Is it 20 minutes of each area or total?? Any equipment needed??
  • I went in to adjust my settings and the calorie is the same....1200! Can I go below that?? I heard you should never eat less than that.....but in this situation do you think its ok to do like 1000? Also, I do have a pilates Dvd that I could just do the parts that dont involve pressure on my foot. Thanks for getting my…
  • Well I just copied that to an email and sent to several people! What a great snack to have while preparing Thanksgiving dinner. So instead of having my hand stuck in the fried onion can (green bean casserole) I can snack on these. Plus I think the kids will love em too
  • You could do teddy grahams....low cal and fat. Also what about yogurt covered raisins??
  • I actually bought the gum before I saw the show...and let me tell ya I wasnt as impressed as the contestants! Its good, but doesnt not come close to ending my craving for a bowl of mint choc chip ice cream....it made me want it more LOL :P
  • I second the spaghetti squash........Yummm!

I have a two year old and am just NOW getting on myself to lose those last "10". You need to give yourself alot more credit than your doing. Your have tons of…
  • Kristen, I'm not sure on how MFP comes up with the proteins, but they might be set too low for you. Since I don't know how much you weigh, I'll use some fictional numbers to calculate how much protein your body needs. In order to calculate your proteins, you take your weight in pounds, and convert it to kilograms. 200/2.2…
  • I went to physical therapy and ending up getting them too! The PT did the frozen dixie cup trick too. He pushed down on them and consistently rubbed them up and down and they did eventually go away. The icing really helps!
  • I would do the vodka soda too! Add a lemon or lime to it for more flavor...thats what i do :drinker:
  • Wow! Thanks for all these recipes...you guys are gonna make it hard to decide. I was thinkingof doing the chili tonight just because its suppose to be one of our first cold nights this fall. How perfect to curl up on the couch with a bowl of chili and watch Scared Shrekless ( on tv tonight) with my two year old! I will…
  • I agree....just watch your creamer and maybe use a calorie sweetner. I bought sugar free vanilla caramel powder creamer and I dont even need to add splenda. Its actually just sweet and creamy enough that it almost tastes like a latte. Enjoy your coffee...thats one thing this girl cant give up! I usually count my coffee…
