you could try my favourite which is a pitta bread pizza. If you split a pitta into 2 bases, use tomato salsa and load with anything he likes/feels like. Its a great meal or snack and is filling but not massive on the calorie count too.

I used to be quite similar and some days I still am! What I tend to do is switch my meals. Sounds a bit weird and can take a bit of getting used to but I eat an evening meal at breakfast time and then a bowl of cereal and some toast when I get in. I find it helps to keep me full during the day and meals I dont go to bed on…
