Ok.... SW 199.8 W2 197.0 I feel good about the weight loss since I gained last week (201) and was above the dreaded 200. I will take it!!

201 lbs....I hate admitting that I gained this week. Awful week, unorganized and unprepared for unexpected events. Back on track and keeping up on my exercise though. Just need to control my eating at night when I am exhausted.
