sorry if I sounded so strict, I just meant whole, foods are most nutritious, regardless of trying to lose weight or not, with this site, you track calories, fat, protein, carbs, so if you want something and it fits, go ahead. it's almost impossible to get big manly muscles, female body builder spends many hours each day…

I often have a green smoothie (leafy greens, and a piece of fruit...easy and full of vitamins and minerals, and fibre) steelcut oatmeal is good too tofu/veggie scramble steamed veggies baked sweet potato sunwarrior makes a great protein powder and vega makes a good, highly…

I've kept an opened container of tofu for up to a week in my fridge, just change the water every day. It might last even longer, but I haven't tried. You're right about the expiration date, that is only useful before it's opened.

I use Sun Warrior protein. I like it much better than other vegan ones I've tried. even if you aren't vegan it's a great choice because it's easy to digest, full of natural enzymes, gluten free, non-gmo and so on. as for whether you need to add a protein shake...I would base that on your daily food diary. if you tend to be…

I just got a short hair cut last month, I've had long hair for nearly 30 years! I was scared out of my mind but, even though I didn't get the cut I wanted I'm still quite happy about it and looking forward to getting what I wanted. (google images of ginnifer goodwin - super cute!!)

I totally agree with using cocoa powder, you can use as much or as little sweetener as you like (agave, sugar, honey, maple syrup or artificial sweetener) you can use water or skim milk or almond milk, and you can add extra flavour like ginger or cinnamon. Real cocoa powder is a great source of antioxidants and iron too.…
