I just got the Biggest Loser Cookbook. It has some easy and quick ideas. I was told that I need to add more protein to my morning meals. I try to add the protein powder to my milk.

Thanks for the notes. Today was good. I walked 1 1/2 miles using Leslie Sansone's Walk at home DVD. I also wrote down everything I put in my mouth. I didn't get enough water, but it's not bed time yet.
