Bread is fine, I eat it daily and have lost 120 pounds. Bread doesn't make you fat, eating more calories than you burn makes you fat.

Weighed and measured my food, worked out 5-6 days a week, increased fruits and veggies but still ate pretty much what I wanted. It took me about 10 months to lose 100 lbs.

I'll wear deodorant when women quit wearing perfume to the gym. Some lady almost choked me out a few weeks ago because she had so much perfume on!

Thank you for your reply. It's hard to get any responses on serious questions, maybe if I posted that I was on a 1200 Calorie diet, or posted how well HCG has worked for me, I would get more responses lol.

I can promise you this, you won't fill me up on 1200 calories, you would just make me mad.

I do track my sodium and try not to go over 2500 mg/day. With that said, I don't even focus on sugar, I just make sure I don't go over my carbs. Fruit will put you over sugar, and quickly too.

It's not a race, why do you HAVE to lose weight FAST? You don't.

No. I eat 3200 calories a day and stil lose right at .5 a pound a week. Unless you're 4'11" or you have to for medical purposes, I see no point in eating a 1200 calorie diet. Especially if you're working out as well.

Bacon is bad for you, full of fat. The only way to lose weight and be healthy is to cut out most fats and carbs. Protein only, and a good cleanse.

Really, the best way to burn fat is by doing a good cleanse. You need to release all the toxins from your body that have accumulated over the years from bad eating. Once you release the toxins, your body will begin to burn fat more efficiently because it's not bogged down by the toxins.
