I joined a studio and did a class and omg! I couldn't move by that afternoon lol, still went and did barre class the next day. Loved the class and I think I'm gonna go buy me one to do some YouTube videos on the weekend.

For the 40 cal bread...I buy "Nature's Harvest Light" you find it at target or walmart, it has half the calories because it doesn't have as much fat or sugar as regular bread, that way a sandwich fits your cal budget ;)
