Im with you! Soups, stews, hot beverages! Its like pulling teeth having the usual salad and protein for lunch and protein shake for dinner.

I love chicken, jalepeno, tatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes & lettuce! I also do canned salmon with lettuce.

You can reduce the calories on anything by potion control, however the sodium on all the entrees will be tough. If you are going to partake, then by all means enjoy. If you are trying to stay on your target macros if you do partake you may want to eat very light the rest of the day as your sodium will definitely be high.

I can relate I am 4'10" 127 lbs, on the lower end I am at 1260 and the higher end 1160 not even 1200. I usually do 1200 or 1300 regardless.

You can look at my plan its set for 1310 but I tend to stay around 1200. Please by-pass this week as I am cutting 250 cals a day to make up for my overage on the weekend for a wedding. But prior to the weekend you can peek at.

First off you have done a fantastic job! Congratulations. I agree with above, instead of that number on the scale how about some heavy lifting you are definitely ready for the final cuts! KUP on how you move forward.

I have my diary open, but respect those that dont and I still give motivation to those that have theirs on private. I could be wrong but isn't your diary closed too? At any rate like I said even if yours is private I respect that!

Try to shop around and compare. I use both greek yogurt and cottage cheese 1% (have my sodium set at 2000) and am usually okay. Check out my diary (no cottage cheese today though).

It took me a couple years to enjoy cottage cheese but kept eating it. I love to eat it on top of some crackers.
