When I need to do something like this, I take the bottle with the vitamins and % compare to generics in the store and go with that one. Good luck!

I'm in! 17-20lbs and its is much harder than when I first started. I feel like I have to count every calorie work my tail off. It's taking forever this time around. Trying to stay patient- but some days are TOUGH! Good luck everyone

Editing can be tricky especially when there are different values for the exact same products in Canada vs the U.S. even the serving sizes can be the same but the values will be different. It almost catches me everytime unless I actually compare it to the label. I dont scan for the reasons stated in pp.

2 pieces of bread with butter, chicken breast and ketchup. Maybe not strange but whenever my husband sees the ketchup and butter he says its weird.

I wasnt loosing any weight until I changed mine to reflect 40 (c) - 40 (p) - 20(f) still the same calories.

Great job on your weight loss. I have pretty much the same in my diet. I think because I am on a 1300 cal my allowences are a bit different then some (only assuming since most others diary are closed) that being said: even whole grains, lean meats etc will add up for me. Great job keep it up!

If I have cheese, dairy yogurt I also opt for the lower fats but I do go over my fats with pb, salmon, chicken etc. and some indulging here and there. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks...I love pb as well as salmon and avacado. But I am not a saint some days the fats are not from great sources i.e margarine for toast etc.
