apart from trying to eat more, it looks like you will also need to meet your carb allowance. I agree with Superchikanth have more for breakfast. Heck eat two breakfasts- by the time lunch and dinner roll around you should feel very satisfied. Everyone is different so your best bet would be to try "this and that" and see…

I love mine with some protein- usually chicken breast or ground chicken, and lot of veggies - usually brocolli, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers. Then I add some salsa and some light tatziki. The tatziki and salsa take it to a different level.

Pee on a stick bearing in mind many things can cause a late period. Stress, hormonal imbalance. But pee on a stick and you will know for sure. G/L!

A friend of mine on MFP suggested I multiply my weight by 10-11 test the waters and see what happens. It seemed to help. Of course this method is not an exact science you have to play around until you find what works for you. Also on this method you dont eat back your exercise calories.

If by chance you DO log everything you eat then I would advise you, not to make any decisions on your goal weight and see a doctor ASAP to have him refer you for some help with how to eat to nourish your body, and how to adress the food issues you have. I always get a tall americano 10 cals and bring my own light 5% cream. If I dont have an americano just a pike or bold and also bring my own cream.

I am 4'10" weight - 130 lbs. Would love to go back to 104 ish. Or would love to go back to 110 with some more focus on lifting and toning it up!

Some women do have weight gain during their menstral. Also a fluctuation of 3 lbs or so is normal. Congrats!!
