I am 4'10" hope you dont mind a few inches off :-) Before I was pregnant I was 104 (this was too skinny). When I got to about 110-115 I looked healthier.

Cheri- I haven't tried spinach with fruit smoothie- but you have given me an option for tomorrow breakfast. I have done one that had spinach, kale, carrots, tomato and avacado- I do like it- but it is an aquired taste. Let us know what you put in yours and how it was!

I try to write them down on my craving list. When I get to a good day with extra calories or a day where I want to reward myself I re-visit my list to see if I am still craving it. 9 items out of 10 I usually dont crave any more. But ultimately if I am really really craving it, I have it. I have had a big crunch sandwich…

It would depend on your insulin resistance not a one fit for all. I would agree with the pp regarding taking the class. When I went to mine they did bloodwork and used my height/ weight and insulin resistance to tell me how many carbs per meal to have etc. Wishing you the best of luck and KUP!

This! I was in the same vote and gained soooo much weight when I beat it. If you try to deal with it now, you will save years and years of really having a weight issue. Please try and get help. In the past, I totally related to everything you said. PM if you would like to connect.

I had awesome results when I was doing boot camp. Not sure of the montly results but over 9 months 70 lbs down and more than 30 inches overall. Good luck!

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know you are NOT alone. I am still going through a loss (missed miscarriage). Our baby had no heartbeat. I gained 15-20 lbs while being on meds trying to conceive and after our loss. Trying to get back to where I was. We can/will do this! Add me if you would like to stay connected.…
