Yes! If my macros are off at the end of the day... I drink a scoop of protein powder mixed with water for my evening snack (or right after my workout).

You can ask, but general rule of thumb is 4oz is about the size of the palm of your hand, 6oz is to first knuckle line and 8 oz is to second knuckle line.

Breakfast: 8am Snack: 10am Lunch: 12pm Snack: 3pm Dinner: 6pm Snack: 9pm Unless it's gym day (where I workout from 6-7 and get home at 730pm), then I have a smoothie or something around 8pm.

Unless you ate 3500 extra calories each day in addition to your BMR, it's probably just water weight... some of those foods are really high is sodium. I get discouraged, we all do... but jump back on board and you'll be losing again in no time!

I know that they focus on weights for 30 and cardio for 30. Just in case though, I'm setting up the big girl gym in my garage. I have the bars and weights... just need the rack! :)
