I go back and forth between sweet and unsweet. When I'm really motivated to drink unsweet and stick with it, some unsweet teas start to taste naturally sweet.

I've tried most flavors (I order the variety box from Quest), and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough still wins! Besides that, I like Cinnamon Roll and any of the others with chocolate in them.

I'm in week 10 of a varied workout (tons of circuit training including weights). I'm still sore after most workouts (2 days after actually). I'm sitting here with very sore abs today from Monday. The initial super soreness (can't straighten my arms soreness/ hurts to sit down or stand up soreness) doesn't happen anymore…

Exercising will help relieve some of the lactic acid build up! I always feel better after exercising when I'm sore!

Yes! I love the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough best. The cookies and cream is not what I expected, but I have a box of them... so I will be eating them for a while!

I've been using Giant Sports Delicious Protein (Cookies and Cream is my fav). They're great. I never meet my protein macro without at least 1 scoop a day... easy, quick 30 grams... just like that. Best thing ever when I get home from a workout.

I'm currently hooked on Lindt Lindor Truffles - Extra Dark 60%. 70 calories for 1. It's part of my evening snack most nights with a scoop of protein and water (usually chocolate!) :)
