dark chocolate and weight loss

So i've just ate 4 squares of dark chocolate 70% cocoa ,31 kcals per square. It's the only"junk"i've eaten all week. Whats your opinion on dark chocolate?i feel kinda bad,but i've read that its not very harmful on a diet and it has good stuff,i dont know.

Dark chocolate is delicious and if you were craving it and had a portioned amount why feel bad? Just log it and eat the rest of your calories for the day. There's no need to feel bad if it fits into your daily goal.0

Eat "healthy" 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal.

Dark chocolate covered coffee beans are in my diet most days but 4 or 5 beans, not handfuls. 8 Calories each.

Dark chocolate is fantastic and loaded with health benefits. I eat 2 small squares (fingernail sized) every day but to really get the health benefits you apparently want to be eating 85%+.0

Food is not "bad" or "good", it's just food. It should not be a source of emotional stress. Eat whatever you want, as long as it fits into your calories.
