  • I'm a huge chocoholic. I often have a Hershey kiss or 2 after meals and lately have been eating the ghiradelli 70% cacao squares. When I want something more filling I have sliced banana with a little Hershey syrup drizzled on top.

  • I was just going to suggest the Bistro Boxes at Starbucks. They're pretty good. My son got the "Protien Bistro Box" today. It was 380 cals and had a hard boiled egg, cheese, bread, peanut butter and fruit. I sampled everything and it was really yummy.
