I've tried the Chia seeds ground and put them in my smoothie - didn't notice a difference. But I've read a lot of good things about them. Good luck - keep us posted on the progress. :smile:

I have Quaker Oats High Fiber Oatmeal in the morning and I either add (2) links of lowfat Turkey Sausage or 100 calorie pack of Walnuts and Almonds. The extra protein really keeps me full for a long time.

I feel fat every time I see a photo of me! I absolutely hate having my picture taken but a few years ago, I realized I didn't have any pictures of me with my 2 beautiful girls or my husband. When you workout hard your muscles get sore and the also hold more water weight because of that. I wouldn't weigh in more than once a week. Don't be discouraged. You can do this and you are off to an excellent start.

My first tip is not to weigh yourself every day - try to weigh in only weekly. Your weigh gain could either be from water or sodium - both of which would show a gain, but will come off quickly.
