I wil warn you - if you are not supposed to have Caffeine for medical reasons - Do Not have Caffeine free coffee - there is no such thing. It still has Caffeine 2-3%. My husband is a severe migraine sufferer and he became allergic to Caffeine after having 4 pots of coffee a day and (2) 2 liter bottles of coke - he can not…

OMG - I wish I could give you the easy answer, but this is the hardest thing I've done in my life. Challenging, but rewarding. I usually have high fiber Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal with 2 links of fat free turkey sausage mixed in - that I have on most days. The other I will have cereal, Fiber One Muffin or something frozen from Weight Watchers.

I believe that to be true! I've read plenty of articles that have that same opinion.....however, do I follow it? Nope - I eat my breakfast when I get to work - about 2 hours after I'm up.

I have a hard time with Carbs too! Sweets are the worst. If I eat one, they will call me all night long. So, I try to not even eat the one - it's easier that way. :ohwell: :ohwell:

I'm on week 3 day 3. I run Mon&Tues skip Wednesday and run Thurs & Fri and take a break on the weekends. I do workout on my off days, but C25K leaves my knees hurting so I take a break to prevent injuries.
