I hear ya loud and clear - I hate the gym too! I work out at home on most days . I have the fitness channel, a treadmill and a ton of videos. I recommend to do what you love!

Yes, but oddly enough about 4-5 days before my period - I actually show a loss, but it's not a true loss, because i'ts back right after my period and during I have gain.

YEP - mee toooo! I pop a bag of 100 calorie popcorn and take 100 calorie pack twizzlers and have a water or tea and stash it in my purse. This way I don't feel too guilty! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

YES!!! I'm so excited that it's finally here too. Love that show BUT glad I don't have Jillian as my personal trainer. I'm more of a BOB type person.....Jillian would leave me crying in the bathroom way too many times. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Any health food store carries flax seed and flax seed oil. Thankfully, my grocery store carries all of them.

I am more focused on my food now. I have to plan my meals more so that I am within my calorie limits. The big thing I changed is when I go out to eat I make healthy choices and always ask that my meals are prepared without butter.

I love Quaker Oats High Fiber Oatmeal in Maple Brown Sugar and I add 2 links of 50% fat free Turkey Sausage. It's 260 calories and I have a hard time finishing it because it's so filling and it keeps me full until my snack time.

I saw that episode last night. It made me mad that she didn't think she had a problem and thought she did great going from 30 cans of soda a day down to 24.....I can only imagine how she feels every day. And she was thin! Don't get how that happed being she was taking in 4,000 calories from soda alone.

I hate the "LOOK"!! It's the look you get when you know you have extra calories and you've saved them for something special, like a piece of cake and then you grab one and you get the "look" - like did you really need that piece of cake? Or you sure you need that right now? I hate the "LOOK" people give you when you go…
