im day 4 and i have a hard time even finishing a workout but i try the best i can. im hoping to loose weight about 10 pounds and get back to my pre pregnancy weight.

i wanna know to. like if i really relax my stomach it looks like im 3 months pregnant. i had a c section to but its not too bad but im used to it looking alot better than it does now and it seems like the weight isnt coming off, idk if its my birth control or what. i havent eaten the best the past few days thanks to the bf…

I love insanity. Ive just finished two weeks of it and ive lost 5lbs already. I did p90x dou les before I got ptegnant and got great results and during my pregnancy I really let myself go. I tried to go back to p90x but was bored.

they are both important. i alternate my days. i do cardio about three times a week and strength training two. ill do anywhere from 30-45 min of cardio and about the same for weights right now i can only do 8 lbs im weak lol

Ill be six weeks on friday and walking is just not doing it. I know to take it easy on the abs. Im scared to do that lol

I'm always over too bc I eat two fruits a day and fruits have a lot of sugar and carbs. I think this app had our sugars too low

How easy was it to loose the weight the first time

I had my baby four weeks ago and I used this app before I was pregnant to help me loose weight and it totally helped..what are y'all going to do for workouts?? I'm wanting to do p90x just waiting to get cleared from the dr because I had a c sects. Good luck everyone!
