  • it happened to me, 4 years ago i was 160lbs, i went down to 125 then gained almost all back. last year my starting weight was 150 and now i am 131ish trying to be back to 125. we got this :smile:
  • i actually upped my food in take 200 cals, it seems to work because i am not too hungry and i still workout hard. i know i got this and i can get through this, but sometimes it bugs me not to see the numbers on the scale lol. i mean it's not super serious that i will just give up and quit but also it's not a very pleasant…
  • that's what ive been hearing :disappointed: i'll usually slip here and there esp with high sodium food. ughhh working out is the easy part, the hardest is the food in take :tired_face:
