  • Consume 2 boiled eggs and tomatoes the day before weigh in and you will be down by 3 pounds for every day you eat just boiled eggs and tomatoes. I usually do this for 1-2 days a quarter and lose 3 - 6 pounds easily. Be sure to drink plenty of water.

  • All the best to you! Hang it there. I started my weight loss journey about 8 months ago. When I started, I was 360. I've lost about 60 pounds so far. Just signed up with a personal trainer on Saturday for the support and accountability. Just know that you can do this.:flowerforyou:
