Lack of energy is a real problem, as it lack of sleep. Will be avoiding fried foods 80% of the time this year, going to concentrate on more wholesome foods.

I make sure I have soemthing healthy to eat - such as low far yoghurts, or fruit. There are too many temptations in the office for me to go in un-armed!

Diet drinks, or sugar free juices. Try fruit teas/herbal teas? they are quite horrible at first but after awhile you get used to them. Or lemon/lime slices in water. I find if you drink water before, with your meals and after, you easily can pack in the recommended daily amount. I dont drink alcohol due to religious…

Replace it with chicken (breast grilled, or stuffed with low fat cheese, garlic herbs), fish and red meat (with fat removed), Quorn products. Reduce breads, pasta etc to a few times a week only. You'll see the difference not only on the scales, but you will feel better too! Good luck x

I gain around 1kg when periods arrive and it hovers around the same weight until they finish. Its the body retaining water. Once they go though, it goes down by just over 1kg.

slices of orange, lemon and lime make water taste great! Alternatively, if you can be bothered to as its quite labour intensive, buy some pomegranate, and squeeze the life out of the kernels! add the juice to water.

Ya, do a whole load of sitting around most days - except the 3 days where i go gym after work.

I dont follow Dukan to the tee either, purely because of convenience - the days I am tired I just try to eat more protein but still include potatoes, lentils because thats available to hand (I really cant be bothered cooking two separate meals - one for me and another for everyone else!). I've still managed to lose 13lbs…

I lost around 2-3kg which was incentive enough for me to carry on with dukan! on the cruise phase ive had relapses but theres been no weight gain or loss from it over the last week - however I dont mind this though. its ok if you relapse, so long as you get back on it good luck everyone x

Yep...and I used to end the evening dunking 3 biscuits in my tea as though I deserved that treat! Now I go gym after work and hopefully soon will start seeing the results! I really want to lose 3 stones (20 kilos/50 pounds) by August

i am 5'4 (163 cm) and weigh 168 lbs - I have large hips and so tend to fit into a size 16 (UK) better for trousers/jeans. Size 14 also fits but I find i prefer 16 so i can hide my lumps better!
