Wow you guys are so awesome! Sometimes I forget that it's a long process. I know I'm already on the right track but it just seems like the changes these days are so subtle. I'm feeling much better today, thank you! I will carry on and make a few tweaks here and there! Two of my changes I'm starting to incorporate is more…

Hi Lietchi, To answer some of your questions... F 39 yo, CW 205, 5'7" Tall Generally my morning start with approx 300 cals burned using my max trainer (40 minutes ish), followed by strength training, also using my bowflex. My weight have increased since I've started. I'm now bench pressing approx. 125lbs just as an example…

I've been watching my patterns for a while now too and discovered that it looks much like a staircase. I don't lose anything for 3 weeks, then bam week 4 = 2-3lbs loss. I don't understand it, I am consistent, just seems to be my pattern. As annoying as it is 🙄

I would love to be down 23lbs by Christmas!!! So count me in as well!! :-) Restarted my diet today after the Canadian Thanksgiving...good thing too, I think I probably gained 3 lbs since this weekend started. I too have been gaining weight due to stress... 30lbs within the year.... time to turn it around!
-
My starting weight is 159.8 as of this morning
-
Ok, I will join too =) Question though....what happens when we reach our goal weight and don't want to lose anymore weight? Does that make us "the" loser each week? This might be a dumb question though....lol
-
Sorry guys for not checking in yesterday...been so busy. I hardly have anytime to sit down let alone sit at the computer...I really hope this week goes by quickly. I haven't had a day off in over 2 weeks =( and I'm starting to feel the effects of burn out....sigh.....

-
LMAO!!!! I love that movie! Hilarious! Thanx!
-
Incredible!!! I think you just helped me put my own weight loss into perspective! Thanks for sharing!!!

Are you tracking your sodium levels? Sodium can do some pretty nasty effects and make you retain a lot of water. If that is what it is, the gain should be gone within a couple of days. Up your water intake and watch your sodium levels over the next couple of days and you should be in the green again.
-
I think sodium generally hits you the same day/evening. When I have a sodium binge or what not the weight usually shows up on the scale by the next morning and usually take about 2 days to dissapear. I'm not sure about the other part of your question though.

I am also in my second week (classic version) and the only workout I have had over 600 cals so far was plyometrics. All of the rest have been in the 400 range. I think a lot of it has to do with your weight and height. I am 5'7" and around 165ish lbs.
-
I second Shaun T!!!
-
Yep...mine looks like that too....
-
Wow! Impressive!!! Keep it up!!!!

I am a total blabber now! I fully admit to everyone how much my SW was, then I tell them my CW now. Some people motivate you on and tell you what a great job you have done, others will say WHAT?!?! Great job but don't lose anymore your getting too thin. This tells me who is supporting my efforts and others who are a little…
-
That is horrible! Just imagine what that does to your insides...Wow...Kleenex...that is quite sad....
-
Sounds really good!

HA HA HA!!! I can relate! Imagine walking in a crowded mall around Christmas time, when your undies suddenly decide they are going down south. What are you supposed to do? I mean, really, you can't just reach down and pull them back up without 100's of people wondering what your doing....I think that was the turning point…
-
Finally found the thread!!! My SW: 164.8lbs
-
WOW!!! Great job!!! You don't even look like the same person as your before pic! Truly amazing!!!
-
Yum!
-
WOW! Amazing transformation thus far!!!
-
HA HA HA!!! I'm sorry...I'm busting my gut over here! Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you either, but I would probably estimate about 8-10lbs???

Am I the only person who thinks it is ok to eat some cake? In a situation such as yours...I plan to add in an extra workout to allow more calories to consume.....this way it kinda cancels it out.....
