So I recently discovered on my HRM that it counts a percentage of calories burned came from fat. Thought, well hey, isn't that nifty! Just wondering if you can go wrong with too much fiber? I usually take in about 10 cups of water a day, so I would think that being over my fiber by 2-5 grams isn't that bad...
