I thought that I would have been doing level one twice as well, but I think by the 5/6th day on levels one it got progressively easier! So I pushed forward, now I am thinking the same thing about level 2, but last night seemed easier than the night before :)

Usually, I will do the shred, then get on my gazelle with my ipod for an hour doing about 5mph. Its weird though, because lately I crave the exercise and the alone time with my ipod...I'm crazy like that I guess, anyhow, has changed my whole outlook on life!

My thoughts are: if your going to do a cleanse, do a parasite cleanse. This way it will rid your body of any unwelcome visitors and restore the good flora that will help your internal organs process better.

You could always make a meal big enough for 3 then freeze or refrigerate the left overs for a lazy day meal where you don't feel like cooking :P

I started the 30 day shred this morning! I feel so great after such a short workout! I am already looking forward to tomorrow mornings workout, but I am a little worried because I deltoids are already a little sore, but sore in a good way :) My plan is to complete the 30 day shred, then move on to insanity, then to P90X!!!

Speaking from experience (I have a set of twins too) high hcg numbers can mean many things, but most importantly it sounds like you have a really healthy pregnancy. My numbers fell in the normal range, so I really had no clue about multiples until I had my ultrasound. Do you have an ultrasound booked yet?

Well, a pizza pop is something I really shouldn't have eaten LOL....but it was really good :) Kinda like a panzerotti but much smaller. Made by pillsbury here in Canada.
