Hi! I'm Stacey, 36, from Ohio. I have just joined once again. Since Covid has hit I have been working from home and have completely lost all motivation to do anything and have gained weight. I am trying to fit back into my clothes again and feel comfortable with myself.

Hmm, fiber supplements. Didnt know they sell those. I do like fiber bars, but they make me really gassy and bloated. Im normally at my calorie limit so i'm trying not to add a lot of extra calories either.

I will have to try this... we only buy whole milk because of my son only being one, but maybe I should buy my own milk.

Ive been on synthroid meds since I was 13; so for 17 years now, It deffinatly effected me. I immediately put on weight once I started taking it and it has taken me years to get to a healthy weight. im 5 foot and have been working at it since the beginning of January, ive lost about 6 lbs (it fluctuates too much every day) its a very slow process bc i have only a small amount to lose. I went in today and looked at my settings and im set at 1200 calories. I set it to lose 2 lbs per week, but my projected is still only .6 lbs per week. Why??

I normally eat my almonds before lunch so I guess I could count that as part of my breakfast. I suppose I need to find more ways to fit fruits/veggis into my diet. I have a hard time reaching my calories after I exercise too. I hardly ever go over.
