  • I am doing exercise classes and yoga an hour a day, Monday - Friday, sticking to 1200 calories a day....spluge alittle on the weekend...its been 32 days for me. Friends and co workers are saying that I look like I am losing weight. Sooo I say its working. :)
  • I go to the gym, for my health and to tone up. I am not there to impress anybody. I go afterwork, I put my hair up, put on gym clothes and workout, not look at what other people are wearing or if they are in style or not...dont really care. :)
