I am netting out at 1200 calories for my food each day after exercise...does it take some time to see the results? I want to make sure I am doing this right. Eating well and working out 6 days a week and making sure my calorie intake at the end of the day is right around 1200. Any feedback appreciated.

In the overall scheme of things, it has to work. Sounds like you are doing a great job. Wish I was motivated to work out 6 days a week. I'm doing good to get in 3.

If you go to Tools --> BMR you can work out the minimum number of calories you need a day... what is that number for you? You should net at or above that number if you can. (Assuming that you're getting accurate calories consumed and burnt stats that is!)

Just know it's ok to up your calories. :flowerforyou:
Your body may need those calories for fuel as you exercise more.
