I never aimed to be a size 2, just to get healthier, fitter, athletic, and strong. Went to shop recently...size 2. It doesn't mean I am too skinny or starved myself. In fact, I am still curvy (34-26-35) and never lost my cup size, just a much more toned version of my 5'3" self. I know it may seem like too skinny, but a…

23:54 was my recent PR. When I started, I was at 43 minutes. Just keep running and logging miles and you will get there!

Thanks everyone!!

Does the 305 track calories burned with the HRM?

Google at home strength training workouts. Or workout videos like Insanity which uses body weight exercises like burpees, push ups, etc to build strength. Also, on youtube, my gym has videos of at home workouts that have zero weights or machines involved. Here is a link:…

what calculator did you use? TBH, the only accurate one I have found online is on Fat2Fit.com, the Military Body Fat Equation. It uses more than just waist, hips, weight measurements. But calipers (the pinchers) are the most accurate way other than getting doused in water.

Curves are not based on your weight but rather your shape and measurements. If you have a butt and breasts, you have curves. If your measurements are something like this: 34-26-35, that is curves. A clear definition between top, middle, bottom is curvy. I have been told the same thing, I can't be curvy. But those…
