Last night I stopped eating much earlier than normal, but probably ate too much at dinner. My weight's still trending down, but slowly. Gotta remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint. Just squeaked dinner in under the deadline. I hate eating dinner so late, but at least I didn't snack later :)

I'm a little late to this thread, but gonna jump on board anyway. Late night is definately my weakness. I'd like to set my cut off at 8:30 weeknights and weekends.
