  • Apparently I'm a right on the verge of small or medium frame. I looked it up and essentially I can go for 129-153. So I think I'll stick with my inital 145lbs goal and see how I feel when I get there. Thanks for the input everyone!!!
  • Thanks for the post!! I just started P90X today, so I think I'll put the scale away for the next 30 days to avoid the disappointment, even though it would be short lived ! :)

  • I'm a day behind! I skipped yesterday, and had a bad bad eating day, so I got my Day 17 out this AM and going to do Day 18 this afternoon!

  • BUMP!!! I've set smaller goals - 5lbs each. Things like new workout clothes, hair cut/color, Vibram 5 finger shoes are on my list. My goal weight reward is a Brand new wardrobe.... donate every other old piece that I have. That'll help me with maintenance as well :)
