Here are a few of them: Special K with skim milk fibre one with skim milk activia yogurt with almonds slice of ww bread with peanut butter I am pretty good with breakfast...what I need are ideas for lunch...I am getting bored of my salad every day

  • Hey! I've been going to a Spin class and I love the workout, but the seats really hurt me...I wonder if anyone else has this problem...and what they did to fix it? I really want to keep going as it is a great workout, but being uncomfortable the whole time discourages me from going.

  • Yeah, try adding it in this website and see what it says then. I only did half an hour on the ellpitical yesterday and they gave me 400 more cals to eat.
