Maybe English isn't this person's first language. Do we need to be critical or sentence structure?

I felt the same way when I tried implementing what the book recommended. I cut back a little bit and have been slowly building it up. I still feel kind of sick at times, but it's much better!

Personally, I need to log EVERYTHING. There are times I hate what I put in my mouth (and in turn my food diary), but it's life and I can't expect to be perfect all the time. Because I do log literally everything, if I am having a bad day or two I get disgusted with myself as I type the "bad" food items into MFP and it…

Any kind of cheese or cheese topping. Pizza and macaroni and cheese specifically. MMMmmm ...

Awesome NSV everyone! Mine ... today I wore a dress that I wore 3 weeks ago and it has a belt around the waist. My belt is on a smaller loop today than it was then! YAY!

I have a smoothie every morning and put a very large handful of spinach in it. Great way to sneak in your veggies and you really don't even taste them. As long as you can get past the green or brownish (depending on the fruit put in) color, it is really delightful!

I am a teacher and had spring break last week. I was surprised how few calories I ate being off work. There were some days I only consumed triple digit calories by evening and had to go looking for some peanut butter or other high calorie options just to pump me up for the day. I was still trying to eat healthy and I was…

Can I ask why you are doing weight watchers instead of just tracking calories in MFP? The reason I ask is if you are using weight watchers as a tracking device, I would say don't waste your money because MFP is just as effective, however if you are using it for the meetings, support and nutritional knowledge then go for…

For me personally I would eat less fruit and more veggies.

Kashi. I love Kashi products, although I haven't been eating them since I starting trying to eat clean ... but yeah, Kashi is great because it tastes amazing, has some protein and doesn't give you the sugar spike that most processed sugary carbs do. MMMmmm ... I really miss cinnamon toast crunch

Made from scratch mushroom ravioli with a pesto and pine nut cream sauce, diced tomatoes, spinach, onion and topped with fried leeks paired with a nice chardonnay. Totally not healthy, but sinfully delicious. Got it at Tony's Restaurant in Disney's Magic Kingdom. Disney has some amazing food and many of my best meals are…

Awesome Job! Even your skin looks healthier!

Ha ha! "fat girl squat" - I love it! Congrats!

I used to love Dr. Oz, but I think he is sponsored by so many different companies and corporations and he has to plug their items. It's such a shame.

It's because people get dooped into buying this crap for a "quick fix" and don't learn how to adjust their minds and eating to have a healthy relationship with food. All these weight loss pills and supplements work BEST when paired with diet and exercise ... coincidence? Save your money.

Quit cold turkey. The first few days are impossibly difficult, but after about 5 days you don't crave it anymore and after a few weeks you never even think about it.

Awesome! Thanks!

1. I am open to tofu, and have made some which is delicious, but like you said, it's processed and I am trying to eat clean 2. I'm just not a huge fan of beans. I got bored easily with them, but maybe it's because I need more suggestions on how to prepare them? 3. I eat quinoa and chia seeds semi daily 4. I eat dark leafy…

No article, but I'm not a breakfast person either, so instead I make a smoothie every morning. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit 1 1/2 cups spinach 1 Tbs chia seeds It's so easy to drink on the way to work and is usually less than 250 calories (depending on the fruit) so it doesn't put a huge dent in…

No pimples, and not on my back, but I'm about 8 weeks in and 2 weeks ago my face started getting really dry and blotchy. I'm not really sure why.

I don't consider myself a vegetarian, but I very rarely eat meat (once every few weeks or so). If I'm put into a situation where meat is really my only option then I will eat it, but otherwise I choose non-meat food. I was out to dinner for one of my friend's birthday about two weeks ago with a group of her friends I…

I haven't read all of the replies made, but I have read many of them and I think there is a lot of sound advice ... but it seems as though you are mocking or arguing with the people that are giving it. I'm unsure why you are asking for help if you don't really want it? Please don't feel as though I'm attacking you when I…

^^This! Well done! I'm not sure I would have been able to do that.

Love vitatops! So chocolatety and gooey, especially warmed up!

I don't understand why people would want to lie on their food diary. You are only cheating yourself. There have been times I made some REALLY bad choices and didn't want to log them, but in the end I decided I can only learn from my mistakes and move forward. I log EVERYTHING I eat, even if it's just one pretzel or one…

Amy's has some amazing frozen dinners. I find them to be way more nutritious and filling than lean cuisines, however they are more expensive. I used to eat Amy's all the time for lunch, but I decided I want to make my own food so I know exactly what I'm getting nutritionally. I'm not a supporter for lean cuisine, but I…

There is just as much science against it...

I think everyone will have opinions of extreme diets like this one. I am currently reading a book and one of the main topics is how horrible animal products are for you, including meat, cheese, milk, etc. They also encourage limiting non-raw items from your diet, even whole grain bread and cooked vegetables. This will not…

I don't use salad dressing ... salsa is my substitute!
