Go see a specialist. It's a serious issue. I've been dealing with it for years. Always take your meds at the same time. Never take around food or vitamins, Stay away from soy,kale,broccoli,. Do some research. Some foods are really bad for you. Good luck

Do you do any caffeine? If you don't don't start. If you drink soda pop I would switch it out, as it does have some vitamin supplements in it

Hello, I have had thyroid issues for about 12 years. I went to a general dr. for my care and my symptoms were still bad and they told me I had to just live with it.
