Getting back in the swing of using myfitnesspal and getting this weight off again. Lost a bunch and gained most of it back so I would love to join you all in this challenge

it's been awhile I have gotten in 12.22 miles on the bike, 1 mile on the treadmill, and a 1.4 mile walk with my pups today.

Got another 18.44 miles in over the last 2 days..... Started a new show. Revenge, I don't know why but if I work out and watch tv it feels like I can go forever and not even realize I'm burning all the calories I'm burning.

Got a 10 mile bike ride in before work while watching switched at birth and hoping to get another 10 in tonight after work.

Got another 14.44 miles in tonight while watching my tv shows after work....

Added another 21 miles the total for today and yesterday on the exercise bike.....It's amazing how long you can ride the bike at a moderate pace while watching recorded tv shows.

If you open the group again I would love to rejoin went on a hiatus for 2 months had a rough couple months and would love to rejoin because this group really helped. At one point I was apart of the 150 but I will assume I am no longer. So I will just keep my eye out to see if it opens again at all.

Ok went on a hiatus for awhile but I'm back...Stress and slacking is not good for motivation to work out and lose weight.... My goal for November is 150 miles should be easy if I keep going with the way I have been. Found riding the bike relieves a lot of stress.
