I did the same thing using red sauce and didn't like it. I have more details on my blog, but an easy way to make the squash is like a baked potato. Poke about 10 holes in it, then microwave for 5 min per 1lb...stopping to flip once in the middle.

I wait, if my weight is still up in 2 weeks I post the gain, but otherwise my weight is up and down all the time by a few lbs. so I don't post that.

I agree with both answers lol! Keep doing what your doing and your body will adjust, but yoga is great to stretch out.

It could be a number of things in my opinion. If its happening to often I wouldn't consider it very normal or ok. A few things - Are you skipping meals or having long hours between? - Are you stressed? - Are you tired? - Are you eating enough protein/fiber? (Helps you feel full longer)

Would basically be saying the same advice. My doctor told me when I get to my goal not to freak about skin for at least 2 years of maintaining because it can take that long for the skin to adjust to the weight loss. Just throwing that advice out there, which is why patience is a big deal.

This is what I thought to. That the BMR that MFP is using has some activity in it, assuming that we aren't sleeping 24/7. I think its adding in an average of what a person might burn doing small normal activities like cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping etc.

Most pizza's I've seen the calories are in the crust too. Though because of the cheese I'd guess closer to 500.

ditto ^^ At 250lbs I was still only losing 1-2lbs a week with 30DS. That bumped up when I combined it with C25K, but I wasn't able to maintain both workouts at the same time and burnt out :(

I think your were leaning more towards asking if you could eat more? I've seen people who workout hard and bump their calories up to like 2300 and still lose inches, but more toning rather than getting skinny. I'm no where near this kind of stage, just commenting on what I've seen MFP friends do that seemed to work for…

Lastly most people who look/say they are doing what they should, but not losing are usually not being 100% honest with themselves. She may not be logging bites of cookies, or candies throughout the day, or juice…

This is right on I think. Cook a meal both of you can eat but allow him to have more. I'd guess he probably doesn't want to gain FAT (I've dated guys with super fast metabolisms and its usually wanting to gain muscle and not look twiggy...but not get a gut lol). So maybe (if he doesn't) he should work out more to bulk up?…
