I'm not an expert on this - just wanted to bump you ahead as your thread is quickly getting buried. Search for information about your TDEE and BMR. if you try to restrict your diet too much you are just going to get into trouble with binging or giving up. Good Luck

Tux is my rescue cat, we got him this year. I've always had a cat, and it absolutely breaks your heart when you lose one! You just have to remember that you gave them a great and happy life. I always said if I could come back as one of my cats, that would be awesome because they are so spoiled!
