Mine is made by Salter, I got it from bed bath and beyond. I didn't pay a whole lot of money for it I love it, it's small and counter friendly if you need a larger one they might make them larger.

I have the Timex Zones and one of my MFP' has a polar and she told me that timex gives a higher burn then polar. If I use it for just my cardio I'm getting a reading of 600 to 800 cal burns for 45 mins. If I use it for lifting I get about 400+ burn for a hr . I'm naturally muscular and I put it on easy too. I have big biceps and I get frustrated sometime bc my arms can't fit in most shirts, this is even when I'm not working out. I love my muscles and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!

I don't have to read the article to know that if it is possible that its not healthy. Why would anybody want to lose that much weight that fast???? It's 90% eating right and 10% exercising, just because you read it doesn't make it true.

Maybe not go everyday, maybe try 3 to 4 times a week. You could also try doing cardio without doing weights. With the machines start off with a low weight and increase the weight by 5lbs every 2 to 3 weeks. I hope this helps!

I drink distilled, it doesn't feel you up so you can actually drink more!

I was just wondering the same thing! It seems like mfp gives me way more calories burned then the machines at the gym. I'm confused any help would be appreciated#
