Im doing the Chalean extreme and i have a knee injury caused by running but I havent had any problems - there are lots of lunges etc though but as the others say you can modify it There is a thread on Chalean extreme - come join us

Well if youwant to get into that size 12 dress with 5 weeks to go its not going to happen unless you control yourself! I know its hard but focus on that dress and how disappointed you are going to be in you have to wear your size 14. Focus on that everytime you want to eat junk. Good luck

Increase the food you take to work with you so you are not so hungry or make a snack before you leave for work so its in the fridge ready to eat when you get hom while you prepare a proper dinner

I was under the impression these werent very accurate for calorie counting - only when running - Im glad it is I will start using mine now

I have porridge or scrambled/poached egg for breakfast or yogurt with banana for breakfast Lunch - tuna/egg/ham salad/omlette - have a look at my food diary

Im in quite good shape - I until recently ran 20 odd miles a week - I now have a knee injury after doing a half marathon. I also have nearly completed 30 day Shred. so i dont have to have the pull up thingy - do i still need to attach the resistance bands to anything or do they show you the alternative exercise just using them. What bands do you have?

wow - you look great - it certainly seems to have worked :smile: there's just so many packages out there its hard to know whether to go for them or just stick with gym. Im in UK so the likes of Turbo Fire - doesnt seem to be available over here. The insanity - is it just hardcore cardio all the way through?

well done on your 7 miler - thats great result. I ran a half marathon in June and i was running 7 - 8 miles twice a week and then a longer run on a weekend - i got up to running 13.1 miles in training at 2 weeks before the big day.
