My wake up call was being diagnosed with fibromayalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr told me if I lose the weight I wont feel as bad as I did. With every pound gone the pain is less excruciating.

I used to eat out of boredom and stress as well. I found that when I get that tinge in my belly, I drink a full glass of water. If after 10 or 20 mins I still feel hungry I will have a very light snack. Try eating more fiber rich foods to make you not feel hungry after eating maybe

See I do a group a day. So one day I do cardio and arms, the next I do cardio and legs, then I do cardio and abs. Was wondering if this is a good routine or not
