Working my booty off but my booty isn't going anywhere
So I eat, well most of the time, I cant ever get veggies in......but I eat decent. I work my butt off at the gym and doing 30ds most days yet am not losing weight or inches......Help anyone?

My way to curve sweet cravings!
My 6 yr old just had a birthday and he asked for the "slushie magic" I know, great another tv product. Well he got it and its cool. SO when I get a sweet craving I make a slusie out of sugar free Koolaid, and it works, its like eating ice cream kinda. Just thought I would share :smile:

One of my mini goals is in the next 6 months to be able to do a pull up. How does one train for this? I try everyday at the gym but cant get any closer....I just want to be able to do 1 Dang it

Feeling defeated :(
As of late I have not been feeling the positive "I can do this" thoughts. I havent lost any lbs in a few weeks yet am eating my daily calories.....sometimes a few more if I am feeling real down on myself. Any suggestions on getting out of this funk?

Do you work out when your sick?
I was wondering everyone's take on working out when sick. I am sick, but I still feel the need to work out. I have heard varying things on this. Some say it's fine, others say it's too much for the body.......

How do you motivate to work out???
I have fibromayalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. These conditions make me extremely fatigued. I like to go to the gym everyday, but sometimes when I have flares I am just so exhausted I dont want to move off the couch. I have 2 kids so I have to do things during the day but other than those things I have no motivation on…

I was just wondering how many of you eat your "earned" calories from working out? I dont, I eat my regular goal calories and that is it. Is this bad?
