Luckily my crossfit trainer designs his workouts so there is ample rest per muscle group. I have been guilty of going beyond his workouts and doing extra though. I'm the worst "rester" ever.

depends on what you are eating, and what you are pinning.

Normally 2 days with a deload every 6-8 weeks.
  • what's a deload?

    what is a deload?

Where you lift at or below 40%ish of your 1RM for a week.
  • See I do a group a day. So one day I do cardio and arms, the next I do cardio and legs, then I do cardio and abs. Was wondering if this is a good routine or not
