My way to curve sweet cravings!

My 6 yr old just had a birthday and he asked for the "slushie magic" I know, great another tv product. Well he got it and its cool. SO when I get a sweet craving I make a slusie out of sugar free Koolaid, and it works, its like eating ice cream kinda. Just thought I would share

I have chocolate cravings and I find that greek yogurt and 25 cal swiss miss works well.0

I find eating frozen grapes cures my cravings or strawberries, or chocolate mint protien powder.0
