I got mine from ebay - it was cheaper than buying from the fitbit site - but you can register it ok on the fitbit site once you've got it.

I love my fitbit - I use it to calculate my TDEE for my cut :)
-
Same story here this week - I did hit my cut on 2 days this week according to my fitbit - but must work harder and eat better. It will happen - it's just all change and it's taken me 20 years + to get the body I've currently got - it will take a lot less than that to get to where I'm going but it will be a slow process and…

You need to make sure that your net is above your BMR so if your BMR is 1700 you will need to eat the 266 calories back.
-
Ok I'm in - do you just log what you've done as you go along?
-
Would leslie sansone dvds count for this? The only time I get for exercise is very late night and I don't feel safe going out that late for a walk, so I could do this in the front room?
-
I'm joining you in the cut now after 12 weeks too - good luck :) I put on 3.5 lbs over the reset - looking forwards to losing now :)
-
Did it end up in your spam folder? I've just tried it now and it's worked straight away so I'm baffled :( Hope you get it sorted soon.

When it's locked it means no more posts can be added to it. Sometimes there will be a part 2 or more of the thread so you can post on those.

Have you done a reset?

2 out of your 3 desk drawers at work are full of protein shakes, nuts, seeds and you have fruit on top because there's no room for it. I've given up lugging it all to work each day so get my "snacks" at lunchtime and keep them in the drawers :)

What weights do you suggest for at home - I've adjustable dumbells and bar but not sure if the weights are enough?
-
What weight are you lifting if you don't mind me asking - I have some weights at home as I can't afford the gym so wondered if I have heavy enough weights.
-
The tiredness will pass in a couple of weeks - that was what i found anyway. Stick with it because once it does you'll feel much better and have far more energy than before.

Well I hide my photo on them and have had a few nice chats but as soon as I share my photo they stop contact. I'm not that ugly - but I'm not Barbie/Cindy Crawford either, and have made no secret of being short and overweight. So overall a slightly disappointing experience so far.

I always feel much more tired if I don't eat cleanly. I'm not brilliant at eating cleanly generally but I can tell when I've had a bad day and it takes a couple of days to get back to normal.

From Wales :)

So we get to eat loads, support each other loads and we're all friendly. I mean it's really threatening here in our cult isn't it - lol.
-
I tend not to go into the other boards, different things work for different people, but I know I feel so much better now and it will only get better.
-
I think a lot of the problem though is it appears to go totally against what the popular belief is - how often do you see how easy it is to lose weight because all you need to do is exercise more and eat less. What we have to do is show them the results and keep posting the successes - the more of us there are the louder…

Another one that could do with the t-shirt too - I've not told anyone I'm doing this but for example this morning I just couldn't stop feeling hungry so I had porridge before I went into work then once I got to work I had a bacon roll, nectarine, satsuma, apple, museli bar all before lunch. Thankfully after lunch the…

Brilliant :)

Yes you need to get them to 0 or negative if you're eating over your TDEE. If the numbers are still positive you still have calories to eat.

You're welcome :)

Hi I put the spreadsheet up, I'm really glad you found it useful - ask away :)
-
Thirded for "my protein" much cheaper than anywhere else and good quality too.
-
I take an average of the previous 7 days to make sure my TDEE is still acurate.
