Hello can I join you this month? I'm not sure how much my target is - I've had some major life changes over the last couple of months so am trying to find a new (and healthier) routine so will see how I get on.
-
I record them as low impact too - my knees can't cope with a lot of bouncing around.
-
Please can I have an invite?

I doubled my calories immediately to my TDEE and did a 12 week reset as I felt the longer I put it off the harder it would be. I didn't put on any weight other than the last couple of weeks when I was on holiday and ate much more than my TDEE and put 1lb on. Good luck.
-
I wouldn't fast, you need to make your body realise that you're not going to starve it so that it's happy to let go of the weight. Good luck
-
I would hit TDEE every day - it's better for your body to have consistency to learn that it can rely on you eating enough - although if you go a bit over 1 day it's ok don't try to balance it the following day just take the hit. Good luck on your reset - I did it for 12 weeks and it will be tough but it will also turn your…

I have a box of weetbix mini fruit & nut in my desk incase I'm ravenous, almonds, pumpkin seeds and I bring in carrot sticks or home made soup in a flask.
-
Fixed it - I mistyped the weight this morning and officially recorded a 20lb gain. Now corrected it :) Thanks for the congrats :)
-
Yes I've done that - but it's not done anything :(
-
Good luck

I think 10% - 15% is the recommendation but no more than 20%

Well done - you will get there and like you the last couple of weeks I've been eating empty calories rather than cleanly and will be kicking my butt to get back on track. Keep going it will all come together at some point.
-
I've stayed the same for the last couple of weeks which I'm fine about because I've eaten cake/biscuits instead of eating cleanly as normal, and also I've also noticed that although I've eaten above my BMR I've not eaten as close to my cut % as I should have. It's given me a good kick up the bum so I'll be making some…

0.5lb on this week but it's TOM and I've eaten out twice this week (eating within my cut %) so I'm pleased with that. Cut level this week 11.13% according to my fitbit.
-
2lbs off this week cut to fitbit this week is 11.82%. I can't believe how easy this is at the moment - I'm not deprived of anything - as long as I count it in my calories, and I really believe this is something I can live with forever. Long may it continue. Well done to everyone who's stuck with it through thick and thin.

1.5 lbs down this week - I've not been this low for a few years now :) cut level to my fitbit figures was 14.26% :)

Hi, I'm over 200lbs and did a 12 week reset - you think you can't eat more - but you would get used to it - the bloating only lasts for a few weeks. I would definately recommend a reset to everyone, it is very challenging mentally, but it really sorts out your head and relationship with food - and helps you to realise that…

Thank you so much for your post - the collagevideo site looks very useful. Thanks for your wishes and prayers too - very much appreciated :)

0.5lb on this week after eating at TDEE for a week. I'm finding that I'm a lot less obsessed by food and don't have any cravings since starting EM2WL which is one of the major bonuses for me :)
-
Many thanks - I'll take a look.
-
I had a TDEE week this week so it's a STS for me this week. Back to cut on Tuesday :)
-
What equipment do you need to do STS?
-
Fantastic news - keep going as you now know this will work for you.

Hi everyone thanks for the support about Mum - we're coping much better this week and have eaten to my numbers :). I've been teaching her how to eat healthy because it will help her with her treatment and recovery and introduced her to new foods such as pumpkin seeds, blueberries and almonds and eating little and often -…
-
Well done - it's taken me 2 weeks to get to 10% cut too. You will start to lose so keep positive.
-
1.5 lb off this week with a cut 7 day average of 15.9% on my fitbit. This sadly is an enhanced cut as Mum was diagnosed with cancer this week so neither of us have felt like eating much since the news. I'm helping her to start eating clean now as I'm sure it will help her treatment if she's eating the right nutrients.

Well today ends my second week at cut after a 12 week reset (didn't want to be on cut for a holiday). First week I didn't lose anything, this week I've lost 1lb. I do miss the additional calories - I've aimed for a 10% cut but compared to my fitbit activity I've actually achieved on average a 5.62% cut over the last 7 days…

When I got my fitbit I tested it by wearing my HRM for 24 hours and the results were very similar which gave me confidence that it was accurate enough for me. This also tied in with what Scooby was telling me too :)
-
I wear it all day - and it calculates everything - on your account online you can see when you've been very active or not - and the times tie in to when I do exercise, or sit around watching tv. If you do weights or mat exercises you can add the burn from your HRM and it will add those in. It shows on the fitbit the no of…

Yes mine is very accurate to the Scooby figures which I was pleased about.
