Lurgy :( and reset
I'm doing a reset and am in week 7 and I've come down with a stinking cold (thanks to my work colleagues). Although I forced myself to eat my TDEE on the first day, the next couple of days I've not hit it (althought I've managed to be above my BMR today I didn't yesterday) will this affect my reset?

Resistance Bands/cables
Does anyone use these? If so what make and are they any good? I've been looking on the internet and have seen horror stories about them snapping so am wondering if they're worth the money?
