ill Agree with the above post minus the peanut butter. You dont want fats post workout right away as it will slow the digestion of the protiens to the muscles. Have the peanut butter PRE-workout

My post workout is brown rice and a can of low sodium solid white albacore tuna in water. Its like the perfect meal

you may have an intolerance to whey protien, try eating whole foods/meal pre and post workout and this will eliminate the need for protien shakes.

i watch mine, and i make sure i buy alot of lower sodium foods when going shopping, for example ketchup, solid white albacore(tuna), i buy the lower sodium or no salt added varients of them, any frozen veggies i make sure are unseasoned, and i buy alot of mrs dash seasonings which have no salt.
